Lisa Liang is the current Queensland Trustee of CEDA, an independent Think Tank of Committee for Economic Development Australia. Lisa is currently the Executive Director of Export award-winning agriculture company that exports Queensland premium produce to overseas markets. Lisa was the first Winner of 2016 Queensland Premier’s Export Award Women in International Business. Lisa is the owner of a few horticulture farms and cattle farms in Queensland to supply premium Queensland fruit and beef to both domestic and international markets. Her citrus farm focusing on export was the Finalist of 2020 Australia Export and Investments Award and 2021 Queensland Export Award. Lisa has a demonstrated history of working in international trade specialising in agriculture exports, brand management and supply chain network development in the complex overseas markets. She holds a Master of International Business focused on international trade and Agriculture 4.0, developing the farm robotics and AI for precise agriculture. Lisa will lead RDA Brisbane under a refreshed RDA Charter and capital city RDA role to identify and connect Queensland’s regions with decentralisation and economic development opportunities, driving investment and improving economic and trade networks and through this, helping to create regional jobs and economic growth for Queensland regions.
