Kieren Dell is the CEO/Managing Director of, and largest shareholder in, Regional Cinemas Australia (and its predecessor, Majestic Cinemas) since 2002, which runs six cinemas in Northern NSW. Kieren was the President of Independent Cinemas Australia (ICA) for seven years from 2007 to 2014, during which period he steered the membership through the transition to digital, and Vice-President from 2014 to 2024. He is one of only two Life Members of ICA.

Kieren Dell has almost 40 years of experience in superannuation and financial services, and is a partner in Praxis Partners, a small consulting firm in financial services. Kieren has a particular interest in industry bodies, having been involved in the running of two in the late 1990s and 2000s, serving as Chair and CEO of the Australian Retirement Income Streams Association (ARISA), then as Executive Director of the Senior Australians Equity Release Association of Lenders (SEQUAL), a body representing lenders of reverse mortgages to seniors.

Kieren was appointed as the Chair of Regional Development Australia for the Mid North Coast of NSW and Norfolk Island in January 2021 until 31 March 2025. He was appointed as the Chair of RDA Brisbane from 1 July 2025.

Kieren holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Sydney University and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Technology, Sydney.
