Tony is a senior executive with extensive experience in agribusiness and food sectors in Australia and New Zealand, strong advocacy and senior government experience; and considerable insight and experience across much of rural and regional Australia.

Tony holds an undergraduate agricultural science degree; was awarded a Churchill Fellowship on ag tech adoption; completed the Australian Rural Leadership Program; and has undertaken various business short courses at Harvard University. He maintains a strong personal and professional interest in tech adoption in agriculture and specifically sustainability applications. Tony has non-executive director experience in education, R&D, ag tech, and sustainability.

He founded professional services firm, Rounding Up, in 2007, to provide strategic and commercial advice directly to clients in the ag & food sectors and support growth and resilience in these and other key export-oriented sectors.

Having visited most parts of Australia’s agricultural production regions and over 30 countries, Tony now lives in the inner north of Brisbane, Queensland with his wife, Ingrid, and two of their three adult children.
