RDA Brisbane has launched into 2026 with a focused and forward-looking first Board meeting, laying the groundwork for a significant year ahead.
Key discussions centred on opportunities linked to the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games and the critical role of nationally coordinated infrastructure planning, including engagement with Infrastructure Australia’s project pipeline. The Board also reviewed emerging funding pathways, governance priorities, and the framework for developing RDA Brisbane’s new Strategic Plan.
With Queensland entering a defining decade of growth, the Board reaffirmed its commitment to strong regional leadership, strategic advocacy, and practical collaboration across government, industry and community stakeholders.
Chair Kieren Dell is joined on the Board by Treasurer Terri Cooper, Secretary Kathlene Jones, and Board members Greg Ewing, Wendy Agar, Mitch Amidy, Allan Morton, John Anderson and Tony Eyres.
The organisation’s work is led operationally by CEO Nicole Duguid, supported by Communications Manager Sandy Mikami.
As momentum builds throughout 2026, RDA Brisbane will continue to provide updates on its Strategic Plan and priority initiatives as we progress.
