Career Hunter app renamed 'CareerMe'

Career Hunter, a free app which provides career advice to young people and helps them find jobs in industries with skill shortages has been relaunched as 'CareerMe'.

The app, developed by The Thumb Factory, was a joint initiative of The Smith Family, RDA Brisbane, Busy at Work, Group Training Queensland and the Australian and Queensland Governments. Busy at Work has taken over management of the project.

CareerMe provide details on jobs by industry sector, including top jobs and skill shortages for each sector, and identifies jobs currently available in the user’s location, integrating with www.seek.com.au and www.apprenticeshipcentral.com.au
